We are pleased to inform you that we will be migrating our Rainbow Reseller server to CloudLinux 8 and MariaDB within this week. This transition is necessary due to the impending retirement of CloudLinux 7 and MySQL 5 at the end of July.
To ensure a seamless experience and avoid customers needing to reconfigure their website IP addresses, we will restore all websites from a backup onto the same IP address. Please note that this process will result in a brief outage, as it is not possible to maintain both servers online simultaneously using the same IP.
