We have spoken to the Primary Network Partner and they have restored connectivity. We will allow automatic traffic engineer to send across both primary and secondary until we are confident the Primary Provider is stable.

This is due to an outage by a primary provider. Traffic Engineers have re-routed all traffic across to a separate supernode to be handled by secondary peers.
