WhatsApp has informed us that they have resolved the issue.
We are seeing messages starting to flow in.
We do apologies for any inconvenience.
We are aware of an issue with Support Requests sent over WhatsApp to our +44 203 468 1421 Number are not being delivered to our support desk.
We have raised this with WhatsApp and are investigating.
We are still fully operational via Email, Calls and our Web Ticket Portal
