Sadly, we have seen the fault return.
We have not yet received a formal update from our upstream provider. However, we have observed services beginning to recover over the last 10 minutes, with outbound calling successfully completing for some customers.
We are continuing to monitor the situation closely while the provider works to fully restore service. Until we receive confirmation from the upstream provider, we cannot confirm that the incident has been fully resolved.

We have identified that the issue is with our upstream telephony provider, which is currently experiencing a widespread network outage affecting outbound calls to UK landlines.
