Please be advised that we will be conducting planned maintenance on part of our metro network, starting on Friday, September 6th, at 21:00 and concluding on Saturday, September 7th, at 04:00 (~7 hours).

The scope of work includes:

• NLE to THN fibre route cut-over due to diversionary works in Canning Town.

Impact Summary:

NLE to THN fibre route cut-over: Due to necessary diversionary works in Canning Town, our supplier will perform a fibre cut-over between NLE and THN. While this work will temporarily affect Layer 1 services (L1 waves and dark fibre), Layer 2 and Transit services will remain fully operational and unaffected. Thanks to network diversity, we do not expect any disruption to customer services.

Please note that although this is a low-risk operation, we still classify this window as “at risk”.
