Microsoft have finally implemented Mitigation.
"We have implemented mitigation for your IP (185.192.40.132) and this process may take 24 - 48 hours to replicate completely throughout our system.
Sincerely, Outlook.com Deliverability Support."
Despite Microsoft telling us multiple times we are not on any block list we have found Clients unable to send emails to outlook/live Addresses, we have addressed this with Microsoft once more.
Your Clients may recieve this error when sending to these domains -
host outlook-com.olc.protection.outlook.com [104.47.2.33] SMTP error from remote mail server after pipelined MAIL FROM:XXXX@XXXX.XXX SIZE=1990: 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [185.192.40.132] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3150). You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. [DB5EUR01FT053.eop-EUR01.prod.protection.outlook.com]
